Refund & cancellation policy

The durations below are standard market practice proposed pending business confirmation; fees and formats are agreed individually before payment.
Scope
This policy applies to paid personal planning and decision-support engagements arranged with us after an inquiry. It does not apply to free informational browsing of this website.
Booking & payment
We confirm scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees in writing (email or signed summary) before you pay. Payment methods and currency (typically THB) are stated in that confirmation.
Cancellation by you
- More than 7 calendar days before a scheduled session: full refund of any prepaid fee for that session, or reschedule once at no charge.
- Within 7 calendar days: 50% of the scheduled session fee is retained to cover reserved time; the remainder is refunded or credited.
- Within 24 hours or no-show: the session fee is non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing (illness with notice may be credited).
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost.
Multi-session packages
For prepaid bundles, unused sessions refunded within 14 days of purchase follow the 7-day rule per session scheduled. After 14 days, refunds are proportional to unused sessions minus a 15% administrative fee (proposed, pending confirmation).
Work already delivered
Written transition maps or research memos delivered before a cancellation request are non-refundable once sent, because they constitute completed work.
How to request a refund
Email info@vectorbase.digital with your name, engagement date, and reason. We acknowledge within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer protection law for unfair contract terms or misrepresentation.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule per session is available with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional moves may incur a scheduling fee if proposed in your engagement letter.
