What we collect

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.
Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (PDPA) |
|---|---|---|
| Respond to your planning inquiry | Form fields | Legitimate interest / contract preparation at your request |
| Remember cookie consent | localStorage value | Consent |
| Defend legal claims | Correspondence logs | Legitimate interest |
Where data goes
Form submissions are sent via HTTPS POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. A server we operate receives the JSON payload and routes it to staff mailboxes for reply. Data is not sold to data brokers.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for accounting, tax, or dispute resolution. Consent strings in localStorage remain until you clear site data or withdraw consent via the banner.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. To exercise rights, email info@vectorbase.digital with enough detail for us to locate your record. We respond within statutory timelines.
International transfers
Primary processing occurs in Thailand. If you access the site from abroad, your browser still communicates with our Thai infrastructure.
Security
We use TLS, access controls on mailboxes, and minimal retention. No method is perfect; please avoid sending highly sensitive medical records through the open form—tell us you need a secure channel instead.
Children
Services target adults making life transitions. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 without guardian involvement.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes to inquiry handling will be highlighted on the contact page.
Complaints
You may contact the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand if you believe processing violates the PDPA.
