Process-led preparation
Vector Base Transition Planning
We help adults in Thailand map career shifts, relocation, caregiving pivots, and other life transitions before commitments harden into regret.
Work is structured around your decision criteria, constraints, and timelines—not generic motivation talks.
- Clarify what must be true before you say yes
- Surface trade-offs you are avoiding
- Build a written transition brief you can revisit

Decision sessions focus on evidence you can defend to yourself and household stakeholders.

Transitions we prepare with you
Relocation to or within Thailand often collides with visa timing, schooling, and income continuity. We document each dependency before you sign a lease or resign.
Career reinvention after burnout benefits from a staged plan: runway months, skill gaps, and negotiation points written down while you still have leverage.
Family role changes—new caregiving, empty nest, partnership resets—need explicit agreements about money, space, and daily rhythm so resentment does not accumulate quietly.
How a planning engagement unfolds
Name the decision, not the drama
You describe the transition on the horizon, who else is affected, and what a responsible outcome looks like six to eighteen months out.
We capture unknowns as questions instead of pretending certainty where none exists.
Build a personal scorecard
Together we list must-haves, nice-to-haves, and deal-breakers tied to health, finances, geography, and relationships.
The scorecard becomes the filter when options multiply or well-meaning advice piles up.
Compare realistic paths
We sketch a small set of scenarios with prerequisites, costs, and reversible vs. irreversible steps clearly marked.
You leave with a transition brief that records why a path was chosen—or consciously deferred.
Who benefits—and who should wait
This work suits people ready to examine trade-offs honestly, including financial and emotional costs they hoped to skip.
It is a poor fit if you want someone else to make the decision for you, or if you need licensed mental-health crisis care— we will say so plainly and point you toward appropriate professionals.

Questions before you reach out
Is this therapy or coaching hype?
Neither label fits cleanly. We provide structured decision support and written planning for life transitions. Clinical treatment or executive pep talks are outside our scope.
Do you guarantee outcomes?
No. Thai consumer advertising rules and basic honesty both forbid promising that a relocation, job change, or relationship shift will succeed. We improve clarity and preparation; you retain agency.
Can we meet in Chiang Mai?
Yes. Our head office is on Suthep Road in Mueang Chiang Mai. Remote sessions may be available depending on your transition and schedule—we confirm logistics when we respond to your inquiry.
Major transitions rarely fail from lack of ambition; they fail from untested assumptions. Writing them down is the relay point between impulse and commitment.
